Glasses
Glasses Collection Oyama will provide the best glasses for your eyes.
We have provided eyeglasses to each and some customer in the region.
Please feel free to contact us if you have problems with your eyesight or your current favorite glasses.
Flow of purchasing glasses
1. Reception
We would like to ask you about your concerns and requests. If you already have glasses, please bring them.
We will ask for your request at the reception.
2. Inspection / measurement
Performs vision tests and measurements. We will adjust the lens by fitting it in the temporary frame while asking the customer how it looks.
3. Lens selection
We will select the type and power of the lens based on the inspection results and the content of the consultation.We look for the best lenses.
4. Frame selection
You can choose from a wide variety of frames.
Please enjoy trying it on.
5. Order
It takes about 2 to 7 days for the lens to be completed. Please wait 2 days for spectacles for farsightedness and 1 week for bifocals.
6. Pick up
We will make final adjustments such as wearing comfort and appearance by wearing the completed glasses.
7. Aftercare
If you find any inconvenience in the product you purchased, we will take all possible measures, so please come visit us.
